Abram is a 29 year old photographer from Southern California and in this set, he’s sharing his photos from a trip to Iceland. Valeria Schettino

Valeria Schettino

Valeria is a 21 year old photographer from Naples, Italy. She’s studying Digital Culture and Communication at the University Federico II. Her work focuses on the reality around her and the interesting colors and people that she sees. When I shooting photgraphs in analog, I remember every time when I took those pictures, I remember the times when I was trying to hide in order to photograph strangers, when I tried to sort the objects trying to create a “set” reasonable. When I take photographs during a photo shoot the best picture is taken while the model is distracted. My objective…

Ronni Campana

Ronni Campana

Ronni contacted us to share his project titled “Fixed Badly”. This project chronicles the cars of London that have makeshift repairs from their owners. The project is about London’s cars which have been badly repaired from they owner. What really caught my attention is that expensive and not expensive cars share the same “mended” look.  An beautiful blue Bentley and a ruined old van are both fixed roughly with some random black insulating tape or they have been brush painted in a very unrefined way. Therefore it is interesting to see disappear, in this tiny details, the gap between social…

Cameron Ulvila has been featured on Lightradi.us several times for his travel work shot on Ektar. In this most recent set, Cameron traveled to Istanbul for a mere 48 hours after flights. It was 15 hours of travel both ways and I only spent two days there. It was so worth it. Istanbul is incredible. With only a weekend off and a long flight ahead of…

Jordan Williams

Jordan Williams

Jordan Williams is an 18 year old art student who has discovered film photography after starting with digital. I started photography using a canon 550d, but then found my love for film when my Grandad gave me his Minolta 7000AF, he told me he used to shoot rally driving back in his younger years. After using the Minolta for so long, I started to collect other second hand film cameras. I like using film because it gives an atmosphere to the photographs, whether they are under/overexposed, blurry or pinpoint detail; in my film photographs I’m not looking for the perfect…
